Ariana Grande’s Upside Down Tree

All the artwork for Ariana Grande’s current album Sweetener was upside down, from the text to the images. Now, she has carried that theme over to her Christmas decorations.In an image from her Instagram Story captured by TMZ, Ariana shared a photo of a decorated Christmas tree affixed to the ceiling, hanging down with the top about two feet off the floor. When a TMZ cameraman caught Ariana emerging from her apartment, he asked her, “Can you explain how you get a Christmas tree on the ceiling?” She just smiled and responded, “No, I can’t. Sometimes life just be upside-down.”

Meanwhile, Ariana hit the stage with some of the legendary cast members of Saturday Night Live for a recreation of one of their Christmas songs. Ari joined Jimmy Fallon, Tracy Morgan, Chris Kattan, and Horatio Sanz to perform “I Wish It Was Christmas Today” on The Tonight Show on Tuesday in New York City. The four guys performed the song together on SNL 10 years ago.

Ariana didn’t sing during the performance – she stood in between Chris and Tracy and bopped to the music.
