
UPDATE: Traffic returns to normal of North Shore threat
KAMLOOPS — UPDATE: (1:20 p.m.): Kamloops RCMP say they have determined the threat did not have any validity, and traffic has returned to normal in the area.
EARLIER (12:20 p.m.): RCMP officers have cordoned off a block on the North Shore as part of an investigation.
The public is being kept away from the area of Wood Street and Tranquille Road.
A member of the public says an RCMP officer on scene relayed that the public is not at risk.
