CBS GRILLING EMPLOYEES ON HARASSMENT? CBS execs are reaching out to employees at CBS to make sure that the environment Les Moonvescreated-in which sexual harassment was reportedly rampant-has changed, TMZ reports. Sources say that they recently received a 100-question survey to help the network fix the “culture and values in the company. CBS also announced Monday that Moonves would not receive any of his $120 million severance after an investigation into his reported harassment of women. A statement from the network read: “We have determined that there are grounds to terminate for cause, including his willful and material misfeasance, violation of Company policies and breach of his employment contract, as well as his willful failure to cooperate fully with the Company’s investigation.” (TMZ)

BRAD PITT DEFENDS HIMSELF AGAINST HURRICANE VICTIMS: Brad Pitt is firing back after Hurricane Katrina victims sued him and his Make It Right Foundation over “defective” homes erected following the storm, The Blast reports. According to court docs, Pitt is asking to be dismissed from the class action lawsuit filed by victims, saying their claims that he “participated” in “fraudulent acts” are “unsupportable.” (The Blast)

PETE DAVIDSON GETTING SUPPORT FROM SNL: Saturday Night Live honcho Lorne Michaels is reportedly doing everything he can for Pete Davidson, who posted what seemed to be a suicidal note on Instagram before deleting the app over the weekend. A source tells Page Six: “Lorne has pledged to help all he can, including sending Pete to get help. Everyone on the cast is hugely protective of him and were obviously upset – particularly Colin Jost and Michael Che on ‘Weekend Update.’” He is set to return to SNL in the New Year when it returns from the holidays. DAX SHEPARD SAYS HE WAS FIRED FROM WILL & GRACE: During Monday’s episode of his podcast Armchair Expert, Dax Shepard chatted with Sean Hayes, one of the stars of Will & Grace. “I was fired from your show,” Shepard, 43, admitted to Hayes. “Which is my only firing experience of my life.” He said it happened after a 45-minute table reading:”I knew many of the people at that table read. I think maybe that was the only element that I was like, ‘Well, that’s kind of embarrassing. These are people that I know, and then I got canned.” Hayes acknowledged that it “was horrible,” but then Shepard said it actually cemented their friendship … plus, the firing freed him up so he could attend his daughter’s pre-school graduation. CARDI B CAN’T DRIVE: Cardi B loves cars, but they don’t necessarily love her back. The rapper hopped in the driver seat during James Corden‘s Carpool Karaoke segment on The Late Late Show, running over flags, cones and backing into a camera. He took the wheel back and the pair made their way through “Bodak Yellow,” “ASMR,” while discussing her live shows. She revealed that she recently played a bar mitzvah where the DJ didn’t have a clean version of her songs, much to the 13-year-olds’ delight. (E! News)
