Train, Gwen Stefani and Lukas Graham are set to perform on the 20th anniversary of CBS’ A Home for the Holidays special, which spotlights families whose lives have been changed by adoption from foster care.
The special will be hosted by LL Cool J and will also include highlights from the annual tree-lighting ceremony at L.A.’s The Grove, which featured a performance by Andy Grammer.
In addition to hearing new inspirational stories from families touched by adoption, viewers will also get an update on some families who were featured on the special in years past.
A Home for the Holidays airs on December 21st on CBS.
