HUGH JACKMAN DIDN’T KNOW WOLVERINES WERE REAL: You learn something new every day. Hugh Jackman, for one, recently learned that wolverines are actual animals, not creations developed for the X-Men. “Embarrassingly, I didn’t know what a wolverine was, I’d never heard of such an animal,” he admitted on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. “I presumed it was a made up name for the comic book. I’d never read an X-Men comic, I’d never seen a wolverine. We don’t have them in our zoos.” Jackman, of course, played Wolverine from 2000-2017.
THE BACHELOR‘S CHRIS SOULES PLEADS GUILTY IN FATAL CAR CRASH: More than a year since his April 2017 arrest, Chris Soules entered a new plea in his fatal car crash, E! reports. The former Bachelor entered a written guilty plea to leaving the scene of an accident.
DAVE CHAPPELLE PHOTOBOMBS ENGAGEMENT SHOOT: An Ohio got an unexpected guest in their engagement shoot when comedian Dave Chappelle showed up and photobombed them. When photographer Jaycee Brammer shared the image, it went viral. Brammer wrote on social media that he made Thomas Saunders and Emily Eldridge‘s day with his humor and kindness. “I think it’s safe to say Emily + Tommy have the coolest engagement photos EVER,” Brammer wrote.
TAMERA MOWRY PAYS TRIBUTE TO NIECE: Bittersweet. As Tamera Mowry mourns the loss of her niece Alaina Housley in the mass shooting in Thousand Oaks, she is also celebrating her son Aden‘s birthday. She honored them both on Instagram, captioning a photo of them together: “Happy 6th birthday Aden! Alaina was excited to come to your birthday party. But as you said buddy, ‘She lives in your heart now.’ We love you.” Housley was 18 and one of more than a dozen victims gunned down at the Borderline Bar & Grill on November 7th.
