Prince George RCMP investigating possible stabbing

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. — Officers up north are investigating a possible stabbing in Prince George today (Nov. 5).

Police say the incident happened just before 9:30 a.m. at a residence in the 1500 block of Strathcona Avenue.

The adult victim was taken to hospital for treatment of an apparent stab wound, while the suspect fled the scene.

Police believe the incident was targeted and that the general public is not at risk.

The investigation is ongoing.
