The pregnant Meghan Markle‘s sartorial choices frequently give fans a double-take-generally for their stunning elegance-but some are wagging their fingers at the Duchess of Sussex for the skirt she chose to wear on the final day of her royal tour of New Zealand, Fiji, et al.

Meghan paired a stunning royal (natch) blue Givenchy sweater with a (gasp!) sheer blue, pleated skirt.

Was it a wardrobe malfunction or intentional? No one at the palace will say, but Twitter has opinions, with some calling it “stunning,” and haters slamming it as “inappropriate.” Still others were quick to point our that this wasn’t her first slip-up on the royal tour: in Tonga, she wore a red Self-Portrait dress bearing the tag.
