Prince George homeowner holds down break-in suspect
PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. — A 22-year-old Prince George man has been arrested for an alleged break and enter into a home.
Cpl. Craig Douglass says police received a report of a break and enter in progress at around 8:15 a.m. on Moyie Street yesterday (Oct. 31).
“The report was made by an alert neighbour that heard a scuffle and called police,” he says. “Officers attended and located a suspect being held down by the homeowner.”
Douglass says the man was allegedly breaking into a shed on the property and notes a small amount of drugs was located on him.
