Sara Bareilles Drops New Music: Watch Here

Sara Bareilles has released her first radio single in five years, the empowering song “Armor.”

The lyric video for the single celebrates women and girls of different colors, orientations, ages and sizes, all of whom get to literally flex their muscles, in between holding up placards with the words of Bareilles’ song.

The Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter took a long hiatus from the music scene to take over Broadway for the past five years. Her musical Waitress is running all around the world right now and Sara even did two runs as the star of the show.

“Armor” is the lead single off of Sara’s upcoming fourth major label album. She previously put out an album of original music in 2013 with The Blessed Unrest, which earned a Grammy nomination for Album of the Year.
