MIKE ‘THE SITUATION’ SORRENTINO TO REPORT TO PRISON IN 2019: The Situation can get used to his new situation for a while before he has to report to prison for tax fraud. A federal judge in New Jersey ruled that Mike Sorrentino will have until January 15^th to report to his new pad (location unknown). Sorrentino is set to get married on November 1^st. Sorrentino and his brother Marc pleaded guilty in January to tax fraud on income amounting to nearly $9 million.

ICE T GOT BUSTED FOR NOT PAYING A TOLL: Law & Order star Ice T has landed in legal trouble for blowing through a toll on the GWB without paying,Page Six reports. The 60-year-old was nabbed by Port Authority Police Wednesday morning. Police also charged him with driving an unlicensed car (a McLaren). Ice T told TMZ that he forgot his E-Z Pass. He was released.

BILL COSBY’S NEW TRIAL BID REJECTED: Shot down. Judge Steven O’Neill dismissed Bill Cosby‘s bid for a new trial. “The court has determined that no hearing or argument is required on the issues raised,” the judge wrote. He previously sentenced Cosby to three to 10 years in prison for sexually assaulting Andrea Constand.
