JEFF LEWIS’ BATTLE WITH SURROGATE MOM TO GET JURY TRIAL: Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis‘ bid to keep his legal battle with the surrogate mother of his daughter under wraps has been dealt a setback. A judge has denied his request to seal the lawsuit, and has ruled that the case will go to a jury trial, The Blast reports. Alexandra Trent sued him, his partner and Bravo Media for airing footage from the delivery room. She also claims the footage and Lewis’ comments about her unwaxed vagina caused her to suffer anguish and depression. Trent gave birth to Lewis’ daughter last year.

PREGNANT AMY SCHUMER JOKES ABOUT MILF-DOM: Amy Schumer is sharing the less airbrushed side of pregnancy with fans. On Tuesday morning, the I Feel Pretty star shared a shot of herself leaning over a toilet with morning sickness. She joked, comparing herself to the pregnant royal Meghan Markle, “MILF alert.”

CAITLYN JENNER LAMBASTS DONALD TRUMP: Caitlyn Jenner wants President Donald Trump to know that “Trans people won’t be erased.” This comes on the heels of a New York Times report that his administration is “considering narrowly defining gender as a biological, immutable condition determined by genitalia at birth.” Jenner, of course, famously transitioned herself. “The Trump administration has ferociously attacked my community again,” Jenner tells E! News in a statement. “Just as an FYI Mr. President- the military is the single largest employer of trans people in the world. This leaked memo is an unacceptable attack on my community. We will not be erased!”

STEVE CARELL IS COMING BACK TO TV: Steve Carell is coming back to the small screen to star opposite Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston in a TV drama for Apple. Carell rose to fame on The Office, but since the show’s conclusion in 2011, he has been enjoying a booming career ib the big screen. E! reports that Carell will play a morning TV show anchor struggling to stay relevant. Production begins shortly. No premiere date has been announced.
