Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019.
All You Need to Know About the Next Royal Babe
Following weeks of whispered rumors about a royal babe on the way, Kensington Palace confirmed the world’s suspicions that, yes, indeed, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expecting.
WHEN: The baby is due to arrive in the Spring of 2019.
“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019,” Kensington Palace said in a social-media statement. “Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.”
Meghan has had her 12-week-scan, and is probably out of her first trimester, but it is unclear when she became pregnant (though she safely avoided a royal scandal and was definitely not pregnant on her May wedding day).
