Kamloops real estate sales slow considerably in September
KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops real estate market slowed considerably in September, but there are signs that direction could soon change.
Kamloops and District Real Estate Association President Doren Quinton reports 234 sales last month, a 22.3 per cent decline from the same month in 2017.
Year-to-date sales are down 9.2 per cent from the same time last year.
Quinton says a one-month drop shouldn’t make anyone panic.
