KAMLOOPS — Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement warning travellers in the Interior of BC of early season snow.
The statement applies to high elevation highways including the Coquihalla from Kamloops to Merritt and the Okanagan Connector from Merritt to Kelowna.
Highway 97 between Clinton and 100 Mile House is also included.
The forecaster warns an approaching low pressure system will combine with dropping snow levels to bring now to mountain passes.
