A decade later, developer seeks to complete Sahali townhouse complex

KAMLOOPS — After a more than decade-long pause, the developer of a Sahali townhouse complex has plans to put in a final phase.
Right now, the Sahali Ridge Estates strata complex at the western intersection of Robson Drive and Summit Drive consists of 64 townhouses.
In 2007, the owner received a City of Kamloops development permit for the fifth and final phase, a 55-unit, four-storey multi-family building.
The permit expired with nothing built, but the developer has now applied for another permit to erect a building similar to the one originally planned.
