AZIZ ANSARI PERFORMS AT CLUB THAT WELCOMED LOUIS C.K.: Is it the sexual assault comeback club? The NYC comedy joint that Louis C.K. returned to on his recent attempted comeback tour welcomed Aziz Ansari Sunday, TMZ reports. Ansari was also accused of sexual misconduct amid the #MeToo movement. He was one of three surprise guests at the Comedy Cellar in Greenwich Village. He performed alongside Amy Schumer and Jeff Ross, each of whom did 20-25 minutes of stand-up. All three reportedly performed well-received sets. (TMZ)

FYRE FESTIVAL PROMOTER SUFFERED FROM MENTAL ILLNESS? Lawyers for Billy McFarland, the promoter who is accused of scamming millions from investors to put on the failed Fyre Festival, was suffering from “untreated mental illness,” they claim, per Page Six. He pleaded guilty in two fraud cases after the 2017 festival fell apart. He is set to be sentenced October 11thand lawyers are calling for leniency in light of his illness and alcohol abuse.”The evidence suggests that Billy has a good heart that has been led astray by poor judgment and by untreated mental illness,” according to sentencing papers. BEN AFFLECK COMMITS TO REHAB?: Ben Affleck “is doing much better” after 30 days in rehab and wants to stay longer, People reports. The 46-year-old was spotted at the Malibu facility Sunday, a month after his estranged wife Jennifer Garner took him there following an intervention. “Ben seems to take this rehab visit more seriously,” the insider says of this third stint. “This time is different. He doesn’t want his kids to have to go through this again. Ben is really trying very hard to get better. He is taking things day by day, but it seems he plans on staying at the treatment center for at least a couple of more weeks.” Think it’ll stick this time? (People)

Kanye West and Nick Cannon appear to have squashed their beef. According to TMZ, after going at one another via social media over comments made about Kim Kardashian, Kanye and Nick put their differences aside over the weekend. On Thursday (September 20th), Kanye called out Nick for speaking about his wife in interviews, saying, “I understand that you used to date my wife, but you know, you get into an interview, don’t mention my wife.”Nick responded to Kanye and said, “I’ve never said anything disrespectful or harmful, in my opinion, to your marriage or your union. I salute it, keep it going. But you not gonna tell me what I can and what I can’t say. I’m a solid individual. Somebody ask me a question, I’ma answer it to the best of my ability. I’ma give my opinion and ain’t no harm, no foul, but if it got your spirit feeling weird, holler at me.”Following the public back-and-forth, they reportedly exchanged numbers over Instagram DM and hashed things out during a phone conversation, where they agreed to be respectful of each other and continue their friendship. The call might’ve even lead to an appearance on Wild ‘N Out, as Nick mentioned having Kanye back on the show for the upcoming 200th episode.
