CASEY AFFLECK SPEAKS ON BEN AFFLECK’S RETURN TO REHAB: Casey Affleck has his brother Ben Affleck‘s back. As the Batman star works through his third stint in rehab, his brother, currently at the oronto International Film Festival, tells E! at he supports his recovery. “He’s an alcoholic and he’s in rehab,” the 43-year-old shared, adding, “He’s recovering and I think it’s very brave of him to take care of what he needs to take care of. He’s handling his business and getting better. I look forward to him being out and back on his feet.” (E! News)

ACCUSED CBS PRODUCER A NO-SHOW AT WORK: After CBS CEO Les Moonves resigned Sunday following a second round of sexual assault accusations, another producer at the network was a no-show for work, Page Six reports. The same New Yorker report that sank Moonves also included new allegations against Jeff Fager. (A woman claimed Fager that had fondled her at a work party.) Six other women had previously accused the 60 Minutes producer of misconduct. A source tells the paper: “He knows the end is coming for him and is not at work while everything unfolds.” (Page Six)

KYRZAYDA RODRIGUEZ DEAD AT 40: Instagram fashion blogger Kyrzayda Rodriguez has died at age 40, less than a year after being diagnosed with stomach cancer, People reports. She shared her battle with her half a million followers on Instagram. She is survived by her adult daughter. (People)

RHOBH DENISE RICHARDS SUED BY AMEX: Denise Richards is being sued by American Express, The Blast reports. According to court docs obtained by the website, Charlie Sheen‘s ex and the newest member of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills owes the company $20,307.73. The account was canceled in June. (The Blast)
