Proposed strata project for Ord Road moves forward

KAMLOOPS — The plan to build a 73-unit strata development on Ord Road in Brocklehurst will go to public hearing.
Septer Investments is looking to put up the development at 2683 Ord Road, sandwiched between the Brock Estates mobile home park and the Ord Road Dog Park.
The land is zoned for commercial use, so a rezoning would be necessary before putting in a residential development.
Kamloops council approved the public hearing at Tuesday’s regular meeting.
