KELOWNA — Kristopher Teichrieb has been granted bail.
A B.C. Supreme Court justice granted the Kamloops man release today on a $100,000 surety, with a host of conditions, including house arrest and electronic monitoring.
Teichrieb is facing charges of attempted murder and assault with a weapon in the June, 2016 baseball bat beating that left 19 year old Jessie Simpson in a coma.
Crown counsel did not oppose Teichrieb’s bail application.
