ALLISON MACK ASKS JUDGE TO EASE UP ON BAIL CONDITIONS: Smallville alum and accused sex ring leader Allison Mack is asking a judge for leniency on her bail conditions. She is currently subjected to GPS-monitored detention at her parents’ home in Los Alamitos, California. While she is allowed to travel locally to meet with lawyers and head to Brooklyn for court appearances, she is asking Brooklyn federal court Judge Nicholas Garaufis for permission to go to work, school and church. She is out on $5 million bail after her April arrest for sex trafficking, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and attempted human trafficking. The judge has not yet ruled on the motion.

The parents of baby Stormi hit Palachek’s Jeweler’s in Calabasas following her 21stbirthday party over the weekend. Travis gifted Jenner with a Rolls Royce for her birthday. REALITY STAR LYRIC MCHENRY DEAD AT 26: Reality star Lyric McHenry was found on the Major Deegan Expressway early Tuesday morning. The 26-year-old was transported to Bronx-Lebanon hospital and pronounced dead, E! News reports. There was no sign of trauma. McHenry appeared on EJ Johnson‘s reality show EJNYC. According to her Instagram Stories, she partied in NYC at The Frederick Hotel, SoHo Grand Hotel and Dream Downtown late Monday.
THOMAS RAVENEL IS LEAVING SOUTHERN CHARM: Thomas Revenel is done with Bravo‘s Southern Charm, Page Six reports. “I’m not doing the show anymore. In the contract they have the right to fictionalize your story. They took advantage of me. I decided I’ve got too much to lose and informed them I’m not coming back,” he tweeted from his private account. Revenel, 56, was accused of sexual assault by two women earlier this summer, charges he denies. Much of the show has followed his custody dispute with ex Kathryn Dennis over their children Kensie, 4, and Saint, 2.
