KARLIE KLOSS AND JOSHUA KUSHNER ARE ENGAGED! Supermodel Karlie Kloss and her boyfriend Joshua Kushner are engaged after six years of dating. A source tells People: “He proposed a few weeks ago during a romantic weekend together in upstate New York.” Kloss shared the news on Instagram, captioning a sunset shot of them: “I love you more than I have words to express,” she wrote. “Josh, you’re my best friend and my soulmate. I can’t wait for forever together. Yes a million times over.” The 25-year-old is the face of Adidas, Estee Lauder and Carolina Herrera, among others. Kushner, 33, is the younger brother of President Trump senior advisor Jared Kushner. Kloss doesn’t discuss her in-laws beyond saying she voted for Hilary Clinton in the 2016 election.
GLENN CLOSE HITS THE DECK: Glenn Close never misses an opportunity to flex her dramatic muscles. The 71-year-old spotted her former Damages co-star Rose Byrne, 39, on the red carpet and pretended to faint. As Close faux-collapsed, Byrne laughed and jokingly wagged her finger at her while helping her up. The pair were there to celebrate the premiere of Close’s The Wife.
ALLISON MACK FACING NEW CHARGES IN NXIVM CASE: Allison Mack is facing additional charges for her alleged role in NXIVM, feds said Tuesday. Per a press release, the Smallville alum is being charged with a racketeering conspiracy that involves several crimes including forced labor, sex trafficking, wire fraud and obstruction of justice. She is being charged with Keith Raneire and heiress Clare Bronfman. On April 24th, Mack was released on $5 million bond and placed under house arrest. Raniere is being held without bail.
JAMES FRANCO AND GIRLFRIEND MAKE RARE APPEARANCE: Accused sexual harasser James Franco, 40, and his girlfriend Isabel Pakzad, 25, made a rare public appearance Monday at Broadway’s opening of Straight White Men. The pair posed on the red carpet smiling. The appearance comes months after five women accused him of misconduct. He denies the claims, but has maintained a low profile.
RYAN EDWARDS ARRESTED: Teen Mom star Ryan Edwards is behind bars again. Edwards (Maci Bookout‘s ex) was arrested Monday for possession of a controlled substance, per Page Six. His court date is set for August 6th. Edwards, 30, has been arrested numerous times for heroin and other charges. He and wife Mackenzie Standifer will not return for the new season of Teen Mom.
