Not Love At First Site for Cher

It was not love at first sight when Cher met Dominic Cooper on the set of Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, he tells Vanity Fair. Cooper described the moment he met the legendary crooner, and what she said when she found out he dated their other costar Amanda Seyfried for three years.

“She took one look at me and didn’t trust me at all-and told me so herself, which I laughed out loud at,” Cooper said. “After Amanda made it clear that we used to, once upon a time, be together, Cher said [to Seyfried], ‘You dodged a bullet there.’ “

Cooper and Cher got tight over time though, even grabbing dinner together months after shooting the sequel.
