Twenty One Pilots Tour, Single and Album
Twenty One Pilots will release their new album, titled Trench, on October 5th. The first two tracks from the record, “Jumpsuit” and “Nico and the Niners,” were released digitally on Wednesday (July 11th), with the video for “Jumpsuit” revealed that morning as well.
Trench will follow up 2015’s Blurryface, which entered the Billboard 200 album chart at Number One, yielding the chart-topping singles “Ride” and “Stressed Out” as well as the hit “Tear In My Heart.”
Drummer Josh Dun told us a while back that he and frontman Tyler Joseph always knew Twenty One Pilots was special: “I’ve believed in this thing since the beginning and Tyler and I both kind of believed in what it is and what it stands for. And then really cool people have got on board and made this sort of their own thing, and started to kind of share it with their friends and family, and it’s kind of grown into what it is because of the community around it.”
The duo also revealed that they will hit the road on a massive world tour, kicking off in Nashville on October 16th. The “Bandito” tour will run throughout North America in October and November, before hitting Australia and New Zealand in December and Europe in early 2019.
