New leader, tough day for Kamloops’ Brent Pound at B.C. Amateur

KAMLOOPS — A tough day for Kamloops golfer Brent Pound on the Rivershore Golf links.

Pound, who went into the day with a share of the lead at the B.C. Amateur, shot 6-over 78 today.

His round included three birdies and five bogeys, two of them triple seven’s, and leaves Pound seven shots back going into tomorrow’s final round.

Chris Crisologo from Abbotsford had the low score in round three at 7-under 65 and at 9-under in the tournament has a one shot lead.
