TMZ reports Justin Bieber missed his June 22 deposition in the ongoing egging case with his former Calabasas neighbor, Jeffrey Schwartz, who believes Bieber skipped it because he chose to hang out with actress Hailey Baldwin instead.
Schwartz believes Bieber was with Hailey at the time, and he wants the judge to issue a bench warrant for Bieber, according to new legal documents. He also asked the court to fine Bieber $1,000 each day he refuses to come in for the deposition.
Schwartz also pointed out that Bieber has already missed five other scheduled depositions in the past two years.

- In 2014, Bieber vandalized his neighbor’s home by throwing eggs at it, and the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department was called out.
- Bieber eventually paid $90,000, but Schwartz is suing him for more because of all the emotional stress the incident caused.
- Schwartz and his wife say they suffer from headaches, stomachaches and sleepless nights because part of Bieber’s attack was with a slew of anti-Semitic barbs.
