Summit Elementary among 51 BC schools to receive new playgrounds

KAMLOOPS — Summit Elementary School in Kamloops is one of 51 schools across BC that will get a brand new playground, after an announcement from the BC government today.
The value of the announcement is $90,000 for the Sahali school.
Parents at Summit have been working tirelessly for years to raise money to replace the school’s aging play structures.
Among other schools in the Kamloops area to receive new playgrounds are Columbia Park Elementary in Revelstoke, Mission Hill Elementary in Vernon, and Alexis Creek Elementary.
