KAMLOOPS — The preliminary inquiry has begun for a man charged in a 2016 holiday season homicide on the Kamloops North Shore.
James David Bond was arrested last June and is facing a single murder count.
42 year old Sean Dunn was killed on December 30, 2016 after an early morning fight.
His body was found near the corner of Tranquille Road and Wood Street.
At the time of Bond’s arrest, Kamloops RCMP said the two did not know each other before the incident.
