Kamloops administrator wins ‘Outstanding Principals’ award
KAMLOOPS — A Kamloops principal has been honoured with a prestigious national award.
Kent Brewer, principal at Twin Rivers Education Centre (TREC) is just one of four B.C. principals to win Canada’s ‘Outstanding Principals’ award.
Divvied out by The Learning Partnership — a national organization dedicated in supporingt public education in Canada — the award recognizes outstanding contributions of principals in publicly funded schools, namely those who “demonstrate innovation, entrepreneurial spirit and who have done something truly remarkable in public education.”
