The Black Eyed Peas celebrated Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday night with a politically charged performance of their latest release “Street Livin’” to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

The song tackles social problems like systemic racism, gun violence, inequality and more.

The Peas’ set on Colbert was filmed in black-and-white with visuals from the song’s music video. The clips depict historical struggles from equality through iconic photos.
