Caitlyn Jenner Takes on Piers Morgan: Watch Here

Reality star Caitlyn Jenner was visibly angry when Piers Morgan made a crack about her transition on his Life Stories TV show. She underwent gender reassignment surgery last year. (Clips of the show were released Wednesday, and the show airs today).

The 68-year-old responded to Morgan’s quip that there were physical changes in “certain areas we know about.”

• The former Olympian said: “You made a comment there and that’s why you would get in trouble, OK? You said ‘certain areas’ – that, to a trans-person, is disrespectful.”
• When Morgan defended himself, she said: “It’s not funny. It’s life. It’s a very serious part of my life. It’s not something that you joke about. This is serious stuff. People die over these issues. It’s not a joke.”
• The 52-year-old TV host then relented and said, “Point taken.”
• Responding to Morgan’s question about what ex-wife Kris Jenner knew when about her true gender identity, she said: “I had been on hormones for four and a half years…there are changes when you are on hormones which are tough to hide.”
• When asked about her current relationship with Kris and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, she admitted she doesn’t speak to any of them anymore.
• Caitlyn told him: “Yeah. I don’t talk to them anymore. Actually the day before I left to come here Kendall had a party and I went. I had not talked to any of the kids on that side. Kris probably a year and Kim about nine months and Kourtney I have not talked to them either. It was a little uncomfortable. I called Kendall the next day and said, ‘You know what it was a good ice breaker’. The only ones I am concerned about are Kendall and Kylie.”
• She also admitted that when she sent the Kardashians a copy of her memoir, she left out pages that “talked about gender confirmation.” She claims she omitted them “because I didn’t want them to leak it to the press. Of course I didn’t trust them.”
