KAMLOOPS — Here’s proof it’s really cold out.
Meteorologists are forecasting Monday’s daytime high of -3 to be the coldest recorded on November 6th in 45 years.
Environment Canada Meteorologist Matt MacDonald says the mass of arctic air hanging over the province is bringing temperatures ten degrees below normal for November.
He says the last time temperatures came close to today’s was in 1973 at -2.8 degrees.
