Coroner’s service says three bodies were found after fire in Nanaimo, B.C.
A house fire in Nanaimo Tuesday afternoon led to the discovery of three bodies inside, local officials confirm.
Multiple emergency crews responded to calls of a fire at 754 Nicol St. just after 12:30 p.m.
Fire crews were able to suppress the fire but were still dealing with hot spots late afternoon.
When crews went inside the home, they found three deceased people inside. Members of the BC Coroners Service removed the bodies and are investigating the cause of their deaths.
