Blazers set for season opener

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Blazers will kick off their season opener tonight versus the visiting Prince George Cougars.

The Blazers are expecting big things this year with Dylan Ferguson back between the pipes.

Kamloops is hoping to build on last year’s first round exit in the playoffs at the hands of the Kelowna Rockets.

The puck drops tonight at 7 p.m. at the Sandman Centre.
