KAMLOOPS — RCMP are going public with details into a huge drug trafficking investigation that touched several BC cities, including Kamloops.

The investigation, dubbed ‘ENaissant,’ began in April of 2015, focusing on Prince George and Chilliwack.

It ended 14 months later with the Mounties making four arrests and seizing two kilograms of cocaine.

73 year old Katherine Cuthbert and 45 year old Fabian Cuthbert of Prince George are facing several drug trafficking charges.

Also charged are 46 year old Tijinder Sidhu of Richmond and 44 year old Ravneet Basi of Kamloops.

In addition to the cocaine, officers also seized several guns, thousands of rounds of ammunition, body armour, three vehicles, a cocaine press and a large amount of cash from homes in Richmond, Chilliwack and Prince George.

RCMP say the group was responsible for supplying cocaine to Northern BC, and the investigation required collaboration between several different RCMP units.
