Today, Cando says Phase One of the project is officially complete, which involved laying track that will be used primarily for storage of empty railcars.

CEO Brian Cornick says future phases will accommodate transloading, railcar repair, and track and engineering services.

Cornick adds the company is planning to expand further into BC, and the Kamloops terminal will serve as its base of operations in the province.
