New fire chief Adams feels his vision for future will serve KFR well
KAMLOOPS — The new chief of Kamloops Fire Rescue Mike Adams says he’s privileged and honoured to be taking over the top job after Dale McLean retired in December.
Adams had been filling in as interim chief the last four months before officially getting the job on Tuesday. He has a wealth of firefighting experience in North Vancouver, Squamish, and Kamloops, and Adams feels his vision for the future of the department will serve him well.
