Surrey RCMP say one woman dead after van crashes into several vehicles

SURREY, B.C. — Police in Surrey, B.C., are asking for the public’s help after a collision in the city left one person dead.

Surrey RCMP say they responded to a collision at the intersection of 72 Ave. and 152 St. Wednesday evening.

They say their investigation revealed that a green GMC van travelling eastbound struck several vehicles, including a northbound sedan.

They say the female driver of that vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
