Kamloops team prevails at BCCFA championships

KAMLOOPS — Hillside stadium played host to some football this weekend — lots of football.

The B.C. Community Football 9-man provincials were played Saturday and Sunday — the 8th year for the playoffs, and the sixth time hosted by Kamloops.

There were 12 teams competing for titles in five divisons, including one Kamloops team in the 11 and 12 year old pee wees.
