KAMLOOPS — An engagement ring found at Earls in Kamloops last month remains separated from its owner.

The 14 carat ring with diamonds on top and a personal engraving inside was found at the restaurant on Oct 11. It was wedged in the crack of a seat after a busy lunch rush.

No one has claimed it, although some have tried.

Earls has posted about the ring on social media, hoping the rightful owner can be reunited with this valuable piece of jewelry after describing its unique features.

“I almost am thinking the person doesn’t actually live in town,” said day manager Alexis Moffat. “I’m hoping that someone will step forward, they’ll maybe have a friend of a friend, which is why we have put it on social media. There’s about 392 shares on the post that we have put up so I’m hoping that someone will find it.”
