KAMLOOPS — Politicians have a reputation of being able to dance through the political circles, and tiptoe through the mazes of political life, but Transportation Minister Todd Stone proved he has some other dance moves as well.

Aided in no small measure by his wife Chantelle, the Stones were named winners of the Dancing Like the Stars gala Saturday night at the Coast Convention Centre.

It was all part of an event held to raise money for the Royal Inland Hospital Foundtation’s project to provide a new rapid-access breast health clinic.

About a dozen participants took part in the dancing portion of the evening, including former CFJC TV newsperson Tara Gostelow.
