B.C. out of the playoff hunt at the Scotties

KAMLOOPS — Nine teams remain in the hunt for the Canadian Women’s Curling championship —– but B.C. isn’t one of them.

The Karla Thompson rink from Kamloops lost 6-4 to Prince Edward Island last night.

At 1-and-7 B.C. is in a last place tie with New Brunswick.

Newfoundland is the other team out of the playoff picture.
