SURREY, B.C. — Mounties in Surrey, B.C., say they are searching for a man who wore a “peculiar disguise” to rob a bank.
RCMP say the robbery happened on the evening of Dec. 29, when a man dressed as a woman walked into a branch near the Guildford Town Centre.
Police describe the man as Asian and say he donned a patterned dress, white wool sweater, a long blond, curly wig and a pink toque pulled down to his eyebrows.
Mounties say the man escaped on foot, and they haven’t been able to identify him.
