Kamloops Pride Parade draws hundreds

Hundreds of people turned out for the annual Pride Parade at Thompson Rivers University today.

Organizers say the parade is about inclusion – and an opportunity to celebrate diversity.

The event is hosted by TRU’s Student Union.

The goal, to prove the University is a safe space to study – work and socialize ‘regardless’ of your sexual orientation or gender identity.
