KAMLOOPS — Kamloops has always been a cowboy town. Back in the mid-1800’s Fort Kamloops was one of the first places in the BC interior cattle were brought, thanks to the Hudson’s Bay Company, and from there, ranches sprung up all over the province.

KAMLOOPS — With Kamloops Film Festival in full swing, it’s a good time to be a cinephile in the city. On Sunday, Kamloops and area filmmakers took centre stage, as the Kamloops Independent Short Short film fest was held at the Paramount theatre.
PRINCE GOERGE — At Theatre Northwest their performances cater to those who might have difficulty sitting through a long show quietly. Called "Relaxed" theatre, the adapted show caters to a variety of people, such as those who have autism or some kind of sensory communication disorder.
