Ashcroft girl brightens the season for local fire departments with $6K donation

ASHCROFT, B.C. — Over the summer thousands of B.C. residents came together to help those who were displaced by the worst wildfire season on record. 

Fire Departments worked tirelessly through the tense summer moths, ensuring the safety of their local communities.

KAMLOOPS — Tonight marks the beginning of the Jewish celebration of Hanukkah, the eight day Festival of Lights.

Jewish Community Centre of Kamloops President Heidi Coleman says Hanukkah is an exciting time for the city's small, but growing Jewish population.

Kamloops woman helps Santa respond to letters for 32nd year

KAMLOOPS — Santa Claus receives millions of letters from children around the world each Christmas. 

With so much mail heading for the North Pole, Santa needs a little extra help.
