Adam Donnelly

Adam Donnelly has deep roots in the North Thompson Valley. He was born and raised in Clearwater, and grew up watching CFJC News, before spending 8 years living, working, and studying in Kamloops.

Adam graduated from BCIT's Broadcast and Media Communications program in 2013, and immediately took a job at CKPG News in Prince George. He worked for two years in BC's Northern Capital; when not working, Adam spent many hours at the rink as the Media Director for the BCMML's Cariboo Cougars. In August 2015, Adam moved back to Kamloops to join CFJC News, as a Videojournalist.

Adam's a passionate sports fan, who enjoys covering local teams. One the highlights of his career, so far, is calling play-by-play for the Men's and Women's Hockey tournaments, during the 2015 Canada Winter Games.

TNRD Bookmobile for Sale

KAMLOOPS — It’s brought the library to thousands of residents of the Thompson Nicola Regional District, but soon it could be yours. The TNRD is awaiting completion of their new mobile library truck - which means they’re selling the old Bookmobile in a closed bid auction next week.

Regional Science Fair draws students from across interior to Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — The top young scientific minds from across the region are gathered in Kamloops Tuesday and Wednesday, as the Cariboo Mainline Regional Science Fair has taken over the gymnasium at Thompson Rivers University. From volcanoes to DNA, the student projects cover a wide range of topics.
