PENTICTON — It's not known if the resident of one of two houses that burned on Lakeshore Road in Penticton yesterday evening was able to get out before the building collapsed.

The fire broke out around 6:OO PM  in the homes next to the Skaha Marina.

Neighbours told Global news that the elderly woman lived alone.

B.C. house values continue to rise
