Driver walks away from rollover on West Battle Street

KAMLOOPS — One person walked away from a serious crash on Battle Street West shortly before 11:30am (Tuesday).

A single vehicle came to rest on its roof after launching off the road, onto a private driveway.

One patient was walked to ambulance by paramedics, but the extent of their injuries is unknown.

Neighbours told CFJC Today on scene that users of the road are often seen speeding up the hill, which is windy and steep in sections.
