U-13 RiverDogs drop first game at Baseball Canada nationals

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops U-13 RiverDogs have lost their first game at the Baseball Canada national pee wee championships in London, Ontario.

Mauricie, Quebec scored two runs in the bottom of the 7th inning for a walk off 7-6 win.

The RiverDogs used four pitchers in the game, with Tyrelle Chadwick taking the loss.

Offensively Mitch Coxon and Julian Cull each drove in a pair of runs for Baseball B.C. champions.

The RiverDogs have two more games today against Brampton, Ontario and Calgary.
