Multiple crashes on Coquihalla

KAMLOOPS — Weather is once again wreaking havoc on the Coquihalla Highway. 

Kamloops and Logan Lake RCMP members, as well as B.C. Ambulance are responding to multiple accidents near Exit 355. 

RCMP say they attended three accidents involving four vehicles. One person was transported to Royal Inland Hospital by Air Ambulance, while others were transported by ground. 

No injuries were reported as life threatening. 

Road conditions are said to be extremely poor and traffic is not advised.

Another major accident shut down Highway 5 Southbound at Exit 217, Zopkios, for some time this afternoon.
